Broadly, our tests measure 17 cognitive abilities and 16 work styles (work personality) characteristics from the U.S. Department of Labor O*NET taxonomy.  When creating an assessment, an employer will have the choice to measure cognitive abilities only, work personality characteristics only, or both. Our system then chooses the specific cognitive abilities and/or work personality characteristics to measure based on the test-time chosen by the employer, the specific job characteristics, and other criteria.
