Most of our customers use off-the-shelf assessments for 50% of their jobs and custom-build assessments for the other 50%.  We recommend that you read the profile of each O*NET occupation on which our off-the-shelf assessments are based. If the O*NET occupation profile matches your job, you can use the corresponding off-the-shelf from our assessment system.  If the O*NET occupation profile only matches a job by 80%, you may want to custom-build the assessment using RightHire’s job analysis tool.
