Every assessment you build using our system comes with a validity coefficient that is derived through our synthetic validity technology.  However, if you want to double check this validity coefficient, we recommend that you have at least 100 employees working in that particular job at your company complete the test, ask the hiring managers of these 100 employees to rate their overall job performance, and then compute the correlation coefficient between the test scores and the overall job performance ratings.  We can guide you on how to set up and run such a test.
